StartSpace has teamed up with Study Melbourne to present the Future Founders Festival, Australia’s first digital startup festival for international students.
Running from 23–27 September 2020, this free online event will arm participants with the knowledge, skills and networks they need to overcome the major barriers to starting a business in Australia.
Connecting with like-minded peers, participants will have access to a series of expert-led workshops, panel discussions and networking events.
There will also be a pitch competition and 48-hour hackathon facilitated by Hacker Exchange, with a total of $6,000 AUD in seed funding to be won for the best ideas.
More than 30 business founders from around the world will share their insights at the festival, including Liven co-founder Grace Wong, Brosa co-founder Ivan Lim, GoJek director Kiranjeet Purba, Catalysr founder and 2018 Commonwealth Young Person of the Year Usman Iftikhar and many more.
