StartSpace reopening

We’re excited to let you know we’re re-opening StartSpace (ground floor) to members from Thursday 19 November.

A reduced number of seats are available to maintain safe physical distancing. You’ll be able to book a spot for a morning (10am-1.30pm) or afternoon (2.30-6pm) session, seven days a week.

Members will need to attend an onsite induction session before using the space. If you’ve already applied for membership, we’ll be in touch soon to let you know the outcome of your application and invite you to induction.

If you haven’t applied yet, visit our Membership page for more details.

The Loft will remain closed for now, but we hope it will be able to reopen in the near future.

We’re still running all our programs online, so there are plenty of ways to connect if you’d prefer to keep working from home. Email [email protected] to join our online community on Slack, and keep an eye on our Events page for updates.

The health and safety of our visitors and staff is our top priority. We are working closely with the Victorian Government and Victorian Chief Health Officer to ensure we are providing a safe space. When you book, you’ll be asked to agree to new terms and conditions of entry to ensure the health and safety of visitors and staff.

Visit the State Library Victoria website to find out everything you need to know about visiting the building during this time, and read our FAQs for specific StartSpace info.

We look forward to seeing you at StartSpace soon.
