Are the Future Founders Bootcamps free?
Yes it is completely free, thanks to StartSpace powered by State Library Victoria and Study Melbourne.
How do I apply for the Bootcamps?
You will need to complete the application via this link in the Apply button above. It doesn’t matter if you are just at the idea stage or already have an existing prototype or business, the Bootcamp will provide you with the tools and information to assist you to test and progress your enterprise. Your application should be submitted through our application webform and must contain: * A short summary of your project or idea * A short summary of what makes your business idea unique or different to existing businesses * A succinct pitch proposal about your business or business idea in one of the following formats: - A PDF of no more than 10 slides shared via Google Drive link OR - A max. 5-minute video (hosted on YouTube or Vimeo)
What kind of businesses or business ideas are eligible for the Bootcamp program?
It doesn’t matter if you are just at the idea stage or already have an existing prototype or business. The Bootcamp will provide you with the tools and information to assist you to test and progress your enterprise. It is open for any type of business from any sector, however it needs to be a new or early stage business, based on the LaunchVIC startup definition in this document. https://www.launchvic.org/files/LV-StartupGuide.pdf
